She has successfully driven business growth through the design and implementation of impactful learning and development strategies and is recognised for her ability to lead and inspire teams in highly challenging environments. As a published author of two textbooks and two CEO awards, Charlene has made a significant contribution to the ETD sector in South Africa. She is well-regarded for her interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as her ability to foster strategic partnerships that support organisational and sectoral transformation. Currently based in the beautiful coastal town, Scottburgh, she balances her professional achievements with her family life, alongside her husband and son.
