Dr Linda Chipunza has worked in the field of people development for the past 45 years in various environments. Linda’s career has spanned across many disciplines having worked in schools, teacher training colleges, universities, financial services sector and publishing. Currently she is working as a team and leadership coach and learning behavioral specialist at a local boutique University where she is involved in research through supervising Post Graduate students up to PhD Level.
Linda also runs their counselling office. Linda Has conducted a number of researches for various SETAs including the W&RSETA, and aimed largely at assessing the impact of the skills development and learnership programmes offered by SETAs at TVET and other colleges. This research experience has therefore offered Linda an opportunity to look more keenly at what goes on in these colleges thus allowing her to share a few insights and possibilities into future training.
